Kimchi turns out so nice when it’s cut by hand~ Prepared freshly made Kimchi and a plate of Oyster! i’m still noob for this. Sorry about the noise, i will take more care from the next time! It’s not spicy chili pepper. It’s crispy, but not hot at all. Let me make this combination, Kimchi, oyster and braised pork together. not sure if it goes well with Chojang (red chili paste and vinegar), but let me try. let’s add an oyster topping at here! ‘ㅁ’ This is my personal best part, the pork fat. I brought a coke that works nice with any food. Oops, i incidently made a sound though I didn’t want to.. I was counting how many pieces were left.. I missed them already.. Braised Pork Burger..! I mixed oyster plate with some of Chojang and sesame oil! I sprinkled sesame seeds to make it more nutty and savoury! it made me smile, ’cause it was too savoury..xD you know that the best part is being left for the good finishing, don’t you?
